Now, when you buy or sell a home with us and pass Pet Pal's approval process, we take care of your pet adoption fees! Can't welcome a new pet just yet? No worries—we'll direct the adoption fee to the shelter as a client gift in your name.
To date, we've contributed a total of $30,000 to Pet Pal Animal Shelter and have been instrumental in raising an additional $10,000 through community events and other fundraising initiatives. After closing, a member of our team will contact you to discuss adopting a pet from Pet Pal Animal Shelter. You can browse their available pets here.
You'll have a generous six months post-closing to visit Pet Pal Animal Shelter and go through their application process. (Please note, final approval is at the discretion of Pet Pal).
If you're approved, the DJ Soucy Group will cover your pet adoption fees! (Note: You'll need to cover the cost of any additional pet supplies).
If now isn't the right time for a pet, no problem! We'll direct the adoption fee to the shelter as a client gift in your name.
