Sandy Ewing, a native of St. Petersburg, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. 

 

An alumnus of Florida State University and the University of South Florida, he's been proudly serving his community since buying a house in St. Pete's Historic Kenwood neighborhood in 2001.

 

Sandy's passion for the community shines through his efforts in rehabbing several homes, and his tenure as president of the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association, where he serves on the board. 

 

Certified in Short Sales by the National Association of REALTORS®, Sandy also actively volunteers for various local non-profit organizations. When not immersed in real estate or community work, you can find him outside enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather, landscaping, and caring for his 96-year-old mother.
