Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, Nicky Marshall’s journey has taken her from Europe to sunny Florida — and along the way, she’s mastered the art of keeping real estate deals running seamlessly. After moving to the UK at 15 and attending university there, Nicky made her way to Florida in 2017, where she launched her career in real estate. Since then, she has been involved in more than 1,000 transactions, bringing unmatched organization, humor, and a touch of charm to every step of the process.

She also loves cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning (with a tattoo to prove it!), and dreaming of vacations in far-off places like Fiji.
