After visiting St. Petersburg for the first time back in 2017, Jim fell in love with this vibrant metro area, so he packed his bags and relocated in 2019.
Since then, Jim has immersed himself in the local community and all that it has to offer.
Jim has a BS in engineering from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and an MBA, in Finance from Marymount University.
After successful careers at AOL, CitiGroup, and Ernst & Young (EY), and as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker in Washington, DC, Jim decided to retire from the corporate world and leverage his client-centric experience as a real estate sales associate with the DJ Soucy Group of Compass FL.
Jim has been a resident of St. Petersburg for 5 years & lives in the Historic Kenwood neighborhood with his 2 dogs & 3 cats!
When Jim isn't striving to make your real estate dreams come true, he enjoys fitness, long walks on our beautiful beaches, and cooking for friends and family.
