Jared Rosenberg was born in Bethlehem, PA, and spent the majority of his life in the Philadelphia region.

 

After a two-year stretch as a performer with Norwegian Cruise Lines, he moved to Saint Petersburg in May 2019 to plant his roots in one of the most beautiful and vibrant regions in America.

 

He comes from a performance and marketing background and has the great fortune of knowing how to serve people with a wide variety of needs and backgrounds.

 

His global experience, charisma, attention to detail, and passion for people all help his real estate clients feel at ease as they venture together and sift through the wonderful opportunities that lie ahead! Jared attended Temple University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre. The ability to perform, negotiate, and understand people makes him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers who negotiate for the best deals.

 

Jared first entered the world of real estate after seeing his loved ones' stress and disappointment in past real estate transactions and his desire to provide the reliable, quality service that those making the largest transaction in their lives deserve.

 

Jared is newly engaged and lives in St. Petersburg, FL with his fiancée. He spends his free time reading, beach hopping, and learning guitar (or attempting to).
