Anne’s experience as a professional fashion designer and visual merchandiser, working in NYC for over 15 years helped her to build a foundation of strong, lasting relationships and an appreciation for the overlap between fashion and architecture- both centered around the concept of shape and function.

 

She excels in listening to what is important to her Real Estate clients and utilizes her eye for detail in helping to create a unique and individualized approach to the process.

 

Her later work as a lead wardrobe stylist with a major national brand in California allowed for an even deeper appreciation for the striking resemblance between Real Estate and fashion, as they both allow individuals to express themselves. Whether it’s helping a client envision how to perfectly remodel a living space or finding a home with coastal contemporary construction or a Mediterranean feel, Anne recognizes that expressing one’s own personal style is an important part of the home-buying process.

 

Her move to St. Petersburg & own experiences as a first-time home buyer new to the area gave her a perspective on identifying the most important steps when relocating.
